Coastal California captured in glass. This organic, woman-made sparkling wine blends Loire Valley elegance with Pacific Ocean soul—stone fruit, sea spray, and the salty breeze of Northern California's most beautiful coastline.
Dew on spring flowers. A walk on the beach at dawn. The memory of freshly baked bread. A smile from a stranger. A kiss on the cheek.
This is wine that feels like something—not just tastes like something.
Coastal flowers • Just-ripe stone fruit • Citrus blossom • Sea spray • Aromas of a busy bakery on Sunday morning
Quince • Lemon zest • Salty sea breeze • Minerality • Elegant bubbles • Refreshing acidity • Clean, beautiful finish
Sophisticated yet approachable • Natural but not funky • Loire-inspired • Coastal California through and through
Born to be paired with the Pacific Ocean's bounty and California's seasonal best.
This is wine for Tuesday dinners and Saturday celebrations alike.
While we respect the traditional method, we're not trying to replicate Champagne. California has its own story to tell.
We love natural wine, but California Crémant is elegant and refined—natural without being funky or unstable.
Loire-inspired elegance meets coastal California terroir. Organic grapes, native yeast, minimal intervention, maximum soul. This is sparkling wine that tastes like the Pacific breeze feels.
Two organic vineyards in Mendocino County. Cool climate, maritime influence, Pacific fog. No herbicides • No pesticides • Farmed for biodiversity
Traditional method sparkling wine production. Native yeast fermentation • Minimal additions • Made with real hands (and sometimes feet) and always lots of heart
500 cases (Third vintage). Small batch • Hand-crafted • Woman-made. Chardonnay & Sauvignon Blanc blend from Mendocino County terroir
"I wanted to make a wine that lifts your spirit and feeds your soul, all while honoring the natural world. The Pacific Ocean is both our spiritual home and actual home. The climate here is defined by the willful and powerful Pacific. It can be peaceful or turbulent, just like all of us. This wine captures that duality—the beauty and the wildness, the elegance and the honesty of California's northern coast."

Orders ship within 2-3 business days via FedEx or UPS. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your wine leaves our cellar.
Store in a cool, dark place (ideally 50-60°F) away from direct sunlight. Lay bottles on their side to keep the cork moist. Drink now or cellar for up to 3-5 years.
Serve chilled at 45-50°F (about 45 minutes in the fridge or 20 minutes in an ice bucket). Too cold masks the beautiful aromatics; too warm loses the refreshing elegance.
